American dream of homeownership still lives
According to a recent study conducted by the Pew Research Center in U.S., 37% of its survey respondents strongly agree and 44% somewhat agree that homeownership is the best investment a person can make. In the renter group, 81% of them said they would like to buy. Despite recent decline in home value, 82% of current homeowners still believe that owning a home is the best long-term investment a person can make. The numbers speak for themselves.
